This is an archived post for my former Macaron business. I no longer make these since I have a day job now and my oven is a jerk.
My delicious creations are made with the freshest ingredients. I insist on only the best ingredients, not to be elitist or fancy, but because quality ingredients produces a fresher tasting macaron. I apply the same high standard to my everyday cooking, and I believe that starting with fresh, high quality ingredients will always yield delicious results. What makes my macarons standout? They are moist and packed full of flavor.
