Today is National Donut Day, and you must have a donut, or at least something shaped like a donut. This donut recipe is baked so you'll feel a lot less guilty about indulging. They taste more like a cross between a moist cake and a sugar cookie. The best of both worlds. You can even use this recipe to make a cake or just pipe them into cookies. (They even stay moist uncovered overnight) The possibilities are endless!
